輝瑞特新能源汽車服務站建設項目,其建設地點位于成都市天府新區華陽鎮會龍社區,由成都某公司負責運營建設,該項目包括:建筑主體工程、裝飾裝修工程、設備安裝工程、公用工程配套設施及總圖工程建設。項目規劃總建筑面積 6658.62 平方米。容積率2.5,建筑密度46.41%。
據專家(jia)考評(ping),本(ben)項(xiang)(xiang)目(mu)由(you)兩路(lu)獨立的(de)(de)(de)10KV電(dian)源通過電(dian)纜(lan)從(cong)附近供(gong)(gong)(gong)電(dian)網(wang)接入(ru)服務站。為(wei)滿足(zu)需要(yao)在服務站內設(she)(she)置(zhi)10KV變(bian)電(dian)室(shi)、向各生產系統及(ji)輔助系統供(gong)(gong)(gong)電(dian)。變(bian)電(dian)室(shi)配置(zhi)兩臺10/0.4kV, 1000kVA變(bian)壓器。本(ben)項(xiang)(xiang)目(mu)設(she)(she)應(ying)(ying)急(ji)商業電(dian)源作(zuo)為(wei)備用(yong)電(dian)源應(ying)(ying)急(ji)系統,充足(zu)的(de)(de)(de)應(ying)(ying)急(ji)系統可保(bao)證(zheng)本(ben)項(xiang)(xiang)目(mu)的(de)(de)(de)電(dian)力供(gong)(gong)(gong)應(ying)(ying)。由(you)于成都市供(gong)(gong)(gong)電(dian)量約 120億千瓦時/年(nian),成都供(gong)(gong)(gong)電(dian)大(da)網(wang)供(gong)(gong)(gong)應(ying)(ying)系統架構(gou)為(wei)110KV(國家(jia)主(zhu)網(wang)供(gong)(gong)(gong)電(dian)),電(dian)源供(gong)(gong)(gong)應(ying)(ying)穩(wen)定性(xing)99.89%。在電(dian)力供(gong)(gong)(gong)應(ying)(ying)方面(mian)能滿足(zu)本(ben)項(xiang)(xiang)目(mu)建設(she)(she)及(ji)生產經營的(de)(de)(de)需要(yao)。
同時(shi),由于目前雙流縣有(you)2座自來水(shui)(shui)廠(chang):永興供水(shui)(shui)站、西(xi)南(nan)航(hang)空港供水(shui)(shui)站,日(ri)供水(shui)(shui)量(liang)為78萬噸。本項目用水(shui)(shui)從本地市政給水(shui)(shui)管網接入,給水(shui)(shui)管從兩側道路分別引入DN150mm的給水(shui)(shui)管,并在廠(chang)區內(nei)形成(cheng)環狀。在水(shui)(shui)力供應方面能滿足本項目建設及(ji)生(sheng)產經營的需要(yao)。
此外,因雙流縣主要由西南油(you)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)田分(fen)公(gong)司(si)(si)華(hua)(hua)陽輸氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)公(gong)司(si)(si)下屬興能天然(ran)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)有(you)限(xian)責任公(gong)司(si)(si)、華(hua)(hua)陽天然(ran)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)有(you)限(xian)公(gong)司(si)(si)供氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi),另外,新興鎮由新興華(hua)(hua)川天然(ran)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)有(you)限(xian)公(gong)司(si)(si)(私營(ying))供氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi),氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)源(yuan)來自(zi)龍(long)泉(quan)天然(ran)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)公(gong)司(si)(si)。2013年雙流縣總售(shou)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)量5.54億m3,全縣工業(ye)用氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)占總售(shou)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)量78.36%。故在天然(ran)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)供應方面能滿足本(ben)項目建設及生產經營(ying)的需要。
總之,成都(dou)市電力(li)供(gong)(gong)應(ying)(ying)、自(zi)來水供(gong)(gong)應(ying)(ying)和天然氣供(gong)(gong)應(ying)(ying)均有較大能(neng)力(li)。由于項(xiang)目(mu)選址周邊(bian)水、電、路、氣、訊等基礎設施(shi)更加完善(shan),周邊(bian)環境質量較好,本項(xiang)目(mu)建成后的整體能(neng)源消(xiao)費對雙流縣能(neng)源消(xiao)費增量較小。
