 二、光伏發電行業發展分析

  1、光伏發電(dian)行(xing)業發展(zhan)現狀分(fen)析

  中國(guo)光(guang)伏(fu)產(chan)(chan)業發(fa)展(zhan)"十二五(wu)"目標已(yi)進行新(xin)的(de)(de)(de)調(diao)整,從之前公布的(de)(de)(de)光(guang)伏(fu)發(fa)電(dian)(dian)裝(zhuang)機(ji)容(rong)(rong)量(liang)21GW,擴大到35GW。2011年,我國(guo)光(guang)伏(fu)發(fa)電(dian)(dian)裝(zhuang)機(ji)容(rong)(rong)量(liang)突(tu)(tu)破3GW,2012年突(tu)(tu)破7GW。按照新(xin)的(de)(de)(de)光(guang)伏(fu)產(chan)(chan)業發(fa)展(zhan)目標,2013-2015年,我國(guo)每年新(xin)增的(de)(de)(de)光(guang)伏(fu)裝(zhuang)機(ji)容(rong)(rong)量(liang)應約達10GW,這樣的(de)(de)(de)速度全球少(shao)見。新(xin)目標下(xia),分布式(shi)光(guang)伏(fu)發(fa)電(dian)(dian)和(he)并網光(guang)伏(fu)發(fa)電(dian)(dian)也將基本平分35GW的(de)(de)(de)目標。

  行(xing)(xing)業(ye)數(shu)據調查(cha)分(fen)(fen)析顯(xian)示,2015年(nian)1-6月全(quan)國新(xin)增(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)光伏并網容量(liang)7.7GW,同比(bi)(bi)增(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)長133%。全(quan)國光伏發電量(liang)35.8GW,同比(bi)(bi)增(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)長57%。新(xin)增(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)容量(liang)中市政(zheng)規模光伏電站6.7GW,分(fen)(fen)布式發電項(xiang)目1.04GW,分(fen)(fen)布式項(xiang)目同比(bi)(bi)增(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)長約5%。新(xin)增(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)容量(liang)主要集(ji)中在(zai)新(xin)疆、內蒙古、浙江、甘肅、青海和江蘇。今年(nian)上(shang)半年(nian)光伏行(xing)(xing)業(ye)新(xin)增(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)并網容量(liang)已(yi)經達(da)到(dao)全(quan)年(nian)目標的(de)43%,業(ye)界(jie)普遍(bian)認為,到(dao)年(nian)底完(wan)成全(quan)年(nian)17.8GW的(de)容量(liang)目標基本沒有難(nan)度(du)。

  國家能源(yuan)局(ju)正(zheng)在編制(zhi)光伏行業(ye)發展“十三五”規(gui)劃(hua)(hua),將大力推(tui)動財(cai)政(zheng)補(bu)貼兌(dui)現(xian),促進(jin)(jin)技(ji)術進(jin)(jin)步及產業(ye)升級,這(zhe)些(xie)為實現(xian)甚至超過目標(biao)排(pai)除了行業(ye)困擾(rao),當前光伏發電企(qi)業(ye)普遍對前景持(chi)樂觀態度(du)。對于光伏產業(ye)的(de)“十三五”規(gui)劃(hua)(hua)目標(biao),預計光伏裝機規(gui)模有望從原(yuan)本的(de)100GW提高到150GW,若規(gui)劃(hua)(hua)確如預期上(shang)調,那(nei)么(me)行業(ye)龍頭企(qi)業(ye)獲得(de)超預期業(ye)績將成為大概(gai)率事(shi)件。同時,近年(nian)來(lai)國內外光伏市場需(xu)求旺盛(sheng),制(zhi)造(zao)企(qi)業(ye)利潤(run)率不斷提升,再加上(shang)國家“領跑者”計劃(hua)(hua)的(de)推(tui)進(jin)(jin),行業(ye)景氣度(du)持(chi)續向好。

  從(cong)技(ji)術的(de)(de)層面(mian)來(lai)說(shuo),將光能(neng)(neng)轉化(hua)為電(dian)(dian)能(neng)(neng)的(de)(de)光伏(fu)發電(dian)(dian)技(ji)術是一項(xiang)非常重要的(de)(de)技(ji)術手(shou)段。它能(neng)(neng)夠實現人類向可(ke)持續的(de)(de)能(neng)(neng)源系(xi)統(tong)轉變。相對而言,目前這(zhe)項(xiang)技(ji)術的(de)(de)發展(zhan)還處在初期階段,到2030年之(zhi)后將會(hui)(hui)有很穩定和很高的(de)(de)增長率(lv),會(hui)(hui)成(cheng)為更加可(ke)行(xing)(xing)的(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)力供應(ying)者。隨著科(ke)技(ji)發展(zhan),行(xing)(xing)業內(nei)預(yu)計2030年以(yi)后發電(dian)(dian)成(cheng)本會(hui)(hui)繼續降低。一些技(ji)術如晶體硅(gui)、薄膜以(yi)及一些新光伏(fu)發電(dian)(dian)系(xi)統(tong)材料將會(hui)(hui)在市(shi)場上大量(liang)涌現。如果這(zhe)些新舉措得以(yi)成(cheng)功(gong)實施,模塊的(de)(de)轉換(huan)效率(lv)將進一步(bu)提高。最終,光伏(fu)模塊的(de)(de)轉換(huan)效率(lv)將達到30%~50%,從(cong)而使太陽(yang)輻射能(neng)(neng)量(liang)可(ke)以(yi)高效的(de)(de)利用(yong)。安裝在陽(yang)光充足地區的(de)(de)1m2最高效的(de)(de)光伏(fu)模塊每年將發電(dian)(dian)1000kWh。
